1. Processing Time / 訂單處理時間
- Ready-to-Ship Items / 現貨商品: Dispatched within 2–4 business days. 於 2 至 4 個工作天內寄出。
- Made-to-Order / Custom Items / 訂製商品: Each piece requires patient craftsmanship, such as wire-wrapping and resin curing. Please allow 7–14 business days for production before dispatch. 由於每件訂製作品都需要精細手工及時間製作，如金屬線編織、樹脂固化等，需時 7 至 14 個工作天製作後寄出。

We offer reliable local delivery across Hong Kong via SF Express (順豐速運).

We ship our unique wearable art globally via Hong Kong Post (Registered Air Mail/e-Express) or reliable international couriers such as FedEx and DHL. All international shipments include a tracking number.

5. Lost or Damaged Packages / 包裹遺失或損壞
Each piece of jewelry is securely wrapped and cushioned to help ensure it arrives safely.
每件飾物在寄出前均會經過安全包裝與緩衝保護。
- If your tracking status shows “Delivered” but you have not received your package, please contact your local courier or post office directly.
- If your item arrives damaged in transit, please email us at [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery. Include photos of the damaged packaging and item.
