Returns and refunds

We offer returns or exchanges within 7 days of receiving your order. 


Returns Policy 

Crystals by the sea wants you to be thrilled with every one of your purchases. 

We offer free returns or exchanges within 7 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.

Please note the following exceptions:

(1) Discounted items/orders are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

(2) For non-damaged items, we'll only be refunded via store credit and the buyer is responsible for the cost of your return postage.

(3) We do not allow any refunds past 7 days of you receiving your order.

(4) All returns and exchanges will be handled within 3-7 business days upon our receiving the items.


Please complete the following steps for returns:

(1) Choose the products you wish to return or exchange from your order.

(2) Take a picture of these products.

(3) Submit your return request via email: [email protected]

(4) Please purchase your shipping label, and provide us the tracking information to [email protected]

(5) Send all items back to us with our email communication enclosed.


Additionally:

(1) It should take at most one week for the refund to hit your payment method. 

(2) For store credit, it should take less than 24 hours for you to receive a code with the credit. 

(3) We never charge any restocking fee for returns and refunds.
